Raymond is President of LES (Licensing Executives Society) Switzerland, and a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office.

Her last position in industry was as Head of the IP sub-group on small molecules at Serono International S.A.

Matthias handles principally trademark and design related matters. Matthias has practised in trademark and design matters for over 20 years in a private practice in Geneva, representing clients in a wide variety of fields, including large foreign corporations, dealing with aspects of trademarks and designs in the wide range of tasks from availability searches and opinions, defining protection strategies, oppositions, advising in conflict situations and assisting negotiation of transactional solutions. Matthias also gained experience in industry as a Counsel within the IP department of a large company active in the field of luxury goods.

Prior to entering to field of intellectual property, Fabian worked in research and development focused on laser physics and applications at ETH Zurich and the University of Bern. Fabian also gained experience in the medical diagnostics industry as a Patent Engineer.

Grégoire handles principally patent related matters in the field of life sciences, in particular biotechnologies, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, formulations, medical devices and food science. Grégoire has gained experience in synthetic biology and molecular engineering through applied academic projects in the context of cancer immunotherapies. Two internships in industry consolidated his scientific knowledge. During his master thesis carried out at the University of Chicago he contributed to the development of novel skin cancer therapies.
