Raymond is President of LES (Licensing Executives Society) Switzerland, and a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office.

Matthias handles principally trademark and design related matters. Matthias has practised in trademark and design matters for over 20 years in a private practice in Geneva, representing clients in a wide variety of fields, including large foreign corporations, dealing with aspects of trademarks and designs in the wide range of tasks from availability searches and opinions, defining protection strategies, oppositions, advising in conflict situations and assisting negotiation of transactional solutions. Matthias also gained experience in industry as a Counsel within the IP department of a large company active in the field of luxury goods.

Åsa handles patent related matters principally in the electrical, mechanical and information technology fields. Prior to joining our firm, she worked as a Patent Attorney for a well-respected Swedish IP firm and before that as a Patent Examiner at the Swedish Patent Office.
In addition to IP knowledge, Åsa has also acquired a significant business experience from working with new product launches in the automotive industry for Caterpillar and Renault Trucks.
